Can any body help me to reset comtrend CT-500 to the factory settings
it lost its IP , so I can never explore its conf. program . It shows after connecting via Hyper terminal that its IP now is the local 127.0.0.1 255.255.255.0 but i can not ping it. but no menu apears if connecting with hyper terminal can you help me.

Use the hyperterminal via serial wire and configure the seria wire with this parameters 9600 8 N 1 N, and follow the instruccions in this link:
