Cisco Air AP-1242AG-A-K9

Acá parece que se las saben de todas a todas en estos temas.

En el trabajo tengo un Acces point Cisco que estaba por ahí, la anterior persona lo marco como descompuesto, pero a mi me gusta buscarme problemas y quiero ver si lo quiero revivir y utilizarlo en modo bridge, lo conecto vía serial y con Putty lo monitoreo, me sale lo siguiente al iniciarlo, quiero pensar que esta corrupta la imagen para el firmware, como inyecto un firmware? ya descargue varias firmware de cisco.

tiene una luz que indica si esta bien o esta dañado

en caso de querer meter el firmware lo mejor es hacerlo por tftp 

encontraras mucha info en internet de como va y el firmware tiene que ser para ese dispositivo no vale el firmware de otro cisco ni de otro aironet tiene que ser para ese 

es posible que tengas que borrar el firmware que ya tiene antes de meter el otro por cosa de espacio y si hay algun problema mientras esta sin firmware te sera mucho mas complicado ya que no funcionara el tftp

Ya lo estoy intentado y no funciona, no responde el AP.

pero ping si responde.

 

sigo investigando.

el programa que usas tiene varios rangos de ips incompatibles 

tienes que mirar bien las ips que tengan sentido 

los tar son archivos java no son el firmware ni parte 

puede que lo mejor sea usar tftpd y comandos de cisco directamente por hyperterminal los programas tienen que estar bien configurados y programas adicionales también para funcionar como java 

y el software del cisco no se ha iniciado bien y es así los programas es normal que no funcionen 

por eso el hacerlo lo mas manualmente posible a ver si hay suerte
